Full Job Description

Summary: We are seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Lead with a strong focus on commercial recruitment. This role involves spearheading our recruitment efforts, primarily in the areas of sales, insights and other retail commercial positions, while leveraging recruitment research and talent pipeline development skills. Experience in the retail or insights industry is highly desirable.,

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process for commercial roles.
  • Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines through strategic recruitment research and networking.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify top talent that aligns with organisational goals.
  • Utilise data-driven insights to inform recruitment strategies and improve processes, including the use of LinkedIn Recruiter and Talent Insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to maintain competitive recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Supporting on the recruitment of other disciplines as and when the need arises.

    Proven experience in commercial recruitment
  • Strong recruitment research and pipeline development skills.
  • Proactive recruiting experience, including the use of LinkedIn Recruiter and Talent Insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience within the retail or insights industry is a plus (ideally in house or RPO)
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse recruitment metrics.
  • Awareness and some knowledge of AI in the recruitment industry.
