Supply & Purchasing Planner (Graduate / Entry Level) We are hiring! - Supply & Purchasing Planner (Graduate / Entry Level) About the role: We are looking for a recent graduate or early-career professional to join our supply chain team as a Supply & Purchasing Planner. This role is ideal for someone at the start of their career who is passionate about supply chain management and eager to develop in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As a key player in our operations, you will ensure products are available at the right time, quality, and cost while working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners. - Take ownership of supply and stock decisions
- Support the creation and execution of supply plans to balance availability and inventory levels
- Collaborate across teams (Product Development, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, Quality, Demand Forecasting) to deliver seamless product launches and packaging changes
- Build strong relationships with contract manufacturing partners
- Monitor and report on KPIs such as stock, service levels, risks, and forecast accuracy
- Maintain accurate data in SAP S/4HANA and other tools
- Coordinate with logistics and transport providers to ensure efficient inbound supply and cost management
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects within the supply chain What we're looking for
- Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Operations, or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ERP knowledge (SAP) is a plus
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to adapt quickly
- Fluent in English, with willingness to travel when required What we offer
