Stock delivery operative

As a key part of the restaurant team you will work as a supportive colleague and demonstrate a high level of enthusiasm for the standards in all areas of the restaurant inside and out
Key responsibilities are maintaining cleanliness and planned maintenance of equipment in the restaurant
Use initiative accepting and storing deliveries safely and securely communicating any issues to the team.
Follow all workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures
Consistently deliver and maintain the highest McDonald's standards of quality, service and cleanliness
Follow uniform guidelines and take pride in your personal appearance
Take responsibility for your training in all areas; look for opportunities to improve and develop
Keep the McDonald's Values alive in the restaurant and at the heart of everything you do
Make it special -act as a role model -be welcoming, personalise your comments and connect with your team
Create a great impression using positive and confident body language being approachable
Make it genuine-Enjoy what you do and have a genuine passion for detail and apply this to your daily tasks
Proactively anticipate restaurant needs so they don't have to ask, reporting stock or equipment issues to managers
Actively look for ways to make the restaurant better supporting food safety, health and safety and planned maintenance requirements
