Shopper Marketing Executive (12 Month Fixed Term Contract) - Leeds

In this role you will be responsible for delivering operational plans and setting day-to-day team objectives or acts independently to deliver the business policies and programmes within a defined specialist area.

• Shopper Marketing Plans: Develops and supports marketing plans across the Arla portfolio, including e-commerce, to support supplier and brand strategies.
• Customer and Shopper Insights: Captures insights and develops execution plans for new product launches, ensuring effective in-store activities.
• Sales Support: Prepares materials and arguments to facilitate easy selling of activities to customers, and creates engaging in-store shopper activities.
• Impact Tracking and Learning: Tracks the impact and ROI of in-store activities, developing a library of learnings to inform long-term strategic plans.
• Budget and Integration: Manages shopper marketing budgets, negotiates media and agency fees, and drives value chain integration for flawless execution of product launches and in-store solutions.
  
  To be successful in this role you will be a results driven individual. Ideally you will have up to 2 years' experience in a commercial role within FMCG.
You will have good organisation and numerical skills and must be a team player with a desire to learn and progress in your career.
