Summary
Senior Quality and Assessment Officer, Teaching and Learning Development
37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
£36,701 - £38,738 per annum
City College Norwich is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Quality and Assessment Officer to play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity and effectiveness of our assessment planning and quality assurance processes.
Working closely with curriculum leaders, the exams team and senior leadership, you will lead day-to-day assessment planning activities, ensure compliance with awarding organisation requirements, and provide high-quality data, reporting and analysis to support student success. This role has a strong focus on non-examination assessment, quality assurance, and the use of data to drive continuous improvement. A qualification such as TAQA is desirable for this role.
We are looking for a proactive professional with strong experience assessment and quality within a further education setting, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to interpret complex regulations. You will be a confident communicator, collaborative team player, and committed to delivering an outstanding service that supports positive student outcomes.
