Senior Finance Business PartnerAre you a strategic finance professional ready to make a significant impact? We're seeking a dynamic Senior Finance Business Partner for our client who are a growing London market insurance company, playing a crucial role in driving financial excellence across our organization. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to lead complex financial analysis, improve reporting processes, and collaborate with senior leadership to shape business success.In this role, you will contribute to the development of insightful monthly and quarterly management reports, enhance automation in financial data analysis, and provide in-depth variance analysis for regulated entities. You will support annual planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling, ensuring financial strategies align with business objectives. Your expertise will enable actionable insights that improve performance and drive strategic decision-making.Required Skills:Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)

with up to 5 years post-qualification experienceStrong understanding of underwriting economics and performance driversProven ability to produce management information at an executive levelExcellent financial modelling and analytical skillsSound technical knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS; IFRS17 experience desirableAdvanced Excel skills and proficiency in Oracle (EBS)Confident stakeholder engagement with senior managementStrong control mindset with meticulous attention to detailEffective task planning and time management to meet regulatory deadlinesNice to Have Skills:Experience working on financial systems development or automation projectsKnowledge of actuarial, risk, or underwriting operationsExperience with financial planning software and business intelligence toolsPreferred Education and Experience:Degree-level education in finance, accounting, or related fieldUp to 5 years post-qualification experience in a finance role within a regulated environmentExperience supporting finance
