You will support annual planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling, ensuring financial strategies align with business objectives. Your expertise will enable actionable insights that improve performance and drive strategic decision-making.Required Skills:Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)

with up to 5 years post-qualification experienceStrong understanding of underwriting economics and performance driversProven ability to produce management information at an executive levelExcellent financial modelling and analytical skillsSound technical knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS; IFRS17 experience desirableAdvanced Excel skills and proficiency in Oracle (EBS)Confident stakeholder engagement with senior managementStrong control mindset with meticulous attention to detailEffective task planning and time management to meet regulatory deadlinesNice to Have Skills:Experience working on financial systems development or automation projectsKnowledge of actuarial, risk, or underwriting operationsExperience with financial planning software and business intelligence toolsPreferred Education and Experience:Degree-level education in finance, accounting, or related fieldUp to 5 years post-qualification experience in a finance role within a regulated environmentExperience supporting finance
