engineeringmanagementteam in planning and controlling specialist activities that relate to Process, Governance & Maturity Essential Skills: You will hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a STEM-related field You will have experience in Process, Governance, and Maturity practices, preferably within the defence sector You will be familiar with the engineering lifecycle, including direct experience in one or more phases in a Systems Engineering role, as well as an understanding of the broader engineering process You will bring a good technical understanding of how your work in the Process, Governance and Maturity role contributes to the overall product, platform, or programme The SSNA Whole Boat (Product Architecture and Integration) Team: You will work with other engineers in developing engineering processes for the design and delivery of the SSN AUKUS submarine platform. The team you will be joining plays a critical role in defining engineering
design policies andinitiatives, including for major platform-level design reviews, and integrating the design efforts of system and transversal oriented teams into a coherent warfighting platform at defined maturity levels throughout the delivery stages of the engineering life cycle.
