Senior Commercial Bid Manager

Salary: Competitive plus Sodexo Benefits40 hours per weekThe RoleWe're looking for an experienced Senior Commercial Bid Manager to lead the financial and commercial delivery of complex bids across Government & Energy sectors.You'll act as the commercial lead on business development opportunities, ensuring all bids are financially robust, commercially sound, and aligned across technical, legal, and operational teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead financial modelling and commercial strategy for bidsPartner with Business Development, Finance, HR, Operations, and Legal teamsIdentify and manage commercial risks and opportunitiesSupport contract negotiations through to awardPresent financial insights and bid strategies to senior stakeholdersManage and develop the Bid Analyst teamEnsure smooth handover of successful bids to operational teamsAbout YouQualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 5+ years PQEStrong financial modelling and commercial bid experienceAble to work under pressure with tight
