Sales Support Executive

As a Sales Support Executive, you will play a key role in a wide range of activities including administration, trade support, fleet liaison, onboard arrangements, sales team support, and reservations overflow. No two days will be the same, and you'll be at the heart of ensuring our sales operations run smoothly. Within this role, you will provide high-quality support and exceptional customer service across all areas of the team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building strong working relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Experience in an administrative role
• Proven customer service skills
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage with colleagues, partners, and customers at all levels
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise your own workload
• A positive, can-do attitude and enthusiasm for learning
• An interest in the travel industry
• Experience in meeting clients, presenting to small audiences, or representing companies at external events is desirable, though not essential

  This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, based on a hybrid model (three days per week in our Ipswich Head Office and two days working from home).
