Full Job Description
We're looking for a Sales Executive to represent Nestlé confectionery across a defined territory of local stores. You'll be trusted to manage your area, build strong relationships, and drive sales through great in-store execution. - Visit a set route of convenience stores across your territory
- Build strong relationships with store owners and managers
- Improve product visibility through smart merchandising and displays
- Fix out-of-stocks and ensure products are ranged and available
- Introduce new products, promotions, and pricing updates
- Use sales data and insights to spot opportunities and take action
- Capture activity and results using simple digital tools
Confident communicator who builds rapport easily - Commercially curious - you notice what sells and why
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own time
- Happy using mobile apps and basic sales data
- Experience in field sales, retail, or merchandising is useful but attitude matters most(!)
