Job Title: Sales Account ManagerLocation: HarrogateSalary: £30,000 per annum Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm Are you a driven and relationship focused sales professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences? • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers through proactive account management and regular communication.
• Identify key stakeholders and decision makers within customer accounts to maximise business opportunities.
• Manage customer renewals, prepare quotations and oversee the sales process through to completion.
• Develop and grow existing accounts by identifying additional products and service opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and up to date customer records using internal CRM systems and databases.
• Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline updates and reports for management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and ensure outstanding levels of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all customer activity, renewals and opportunities are accurately tracked and managed.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies and new service offerings.
• Complete administrative tasks including order processing, reporting, and maintaining customer documentation.
  
  Previous experience within a sales role.
• A confident and professional communicator with strong relationship building skills.
• Target driven with a proactive approach and a strong desire to achieve results.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing positively within a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Competent using Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• A willingness to learn and develop knowledge of products, services and industry trends.
• Positive, enthusiastic and highly motivated with a professional approach to work.
