Job Details

Turnkey pub in central Lincoln! Can you unlock potential here?

The area

The Dandy Lion is located in the city of Lincoln, close to the Brayford Pool. The pub is surrounded by commercial businesses and local council offices and so benefits from a good level of passing footfall. It is close to two other pubs, the Mailbox and the William Foster, and is part of a small circuit.

Demographics

The Dandy is in a busy area with 54 pubs found in the region of around 10,000 adults. It attracts a broad customer base, from office workers during the day to students in the evening.

The offer

Available on our foundation tenancy agreement. Click here for more information on this agreement.

The potential of the Dandy lies in introducing a well thought through 30/70 split food & drinks offer. It previously traded on a premium beer and small plates food offer.

What food & drinks would you look to implement?

The Dandy has just been fully refurbished and has an excellent beer garden. It also features bi-fold fully opening windows to the front that bring a real wow factor in warmer weather. We're always open to new ideas, what would you do to drive trade?

Attitude is more valuable than experience. If you've got the following, we'd love to hear from you:

• Understanding of the local community

• Understanding of how to build a successful business

• A passion for great customer service

If this sounds like the incredible pub opportunity you've been waiting for, apply today and tell us what you can bring to this pub's next chapter…
