Full Job Description

MRP Global are looking for a highly motivated, proactive, and versatile Administrator to support a growing team of consultants based in the City of London. Main purpose of the role is to provide administrative support across the full recruitment cycle and on-boarding process. Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Management of candidate and client administration tasks including:
  • Preparing, checking, and sending candidate contracts
  • Candidate on-boarding including but not limited to compliance and background checks
  • Preparing, checking, and sending client contracts - Terms of Business, Statement of Works and SLA's
  • Ability to review complex contractual documents such as Statement of Works (SOWs) and candidate contracts
  • Ensuring accuracy of information pertaining to client/candidate contracts
  • Entering and loading of client and candidate documents onto system
  • Develop and implement procedures to centralise and streamline contracts management process more efficiently
  • Formatting/preparing candidate profiles/CVs
  • Managing job adverts - creating and uploading adverts to various job boards
  • Maintain and update client and candidate records using CRM system
  • Ensure that all aspects of GDPR are maintained

    2+ years Administration experience within a Sales (ideally Recruitment) environment
  • Strong IT skills with advanced knowledge of MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work independently, multitask and prioritise workload efficiently
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task, work to deadline and manage time effectively
  • Must have high standard of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Electronic Signature Software - Legalesign, DocUsign
