You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, lead a high-performing recruitment team, and drive data-led, inclusive hiring practices that deliver a consistently high-quality candidate experience., Personal development and progression opportunities with access to over 400 learning resources

How you'll deliver excellence:Recruitment Strategy and Workforce Planning

-Own and deliver recruitment performance against key KPIs.

-Lead workforce planning aligned to business strategy, identifying future skills and capability needs

-Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to proactively understand their staffing needs and timelines.

-Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet eXPD8's workforce needs.

-Provide regular updates on recruitment activities and progress to senior management.

-Drive ongoing improvements to recruitment systems, tools and processes.

-Champion internal mobility and career progression.

Team and Department Management

-Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.

-Set clear expectations, monitor performance and support professional development.

-Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.

-Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and implement them within eXPD8.

-Develop and maintain recruitment policies, procedures, and best practices.

Candidate Sourcing and Talent Pipeline

-Manage the sourcing of candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals and strategic partners.

-Design and continuously improve an inclusive, high-quality candidate journey from attraction to onboarding.

-Develop targeted attraction strategies for hard-to-fill roles and challenging locations.

-Work closely with Marketing and Communications to develop and implement strategies to enhance eXPD8's employer brand and attract high-quality candidates.

-Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future needs.

Interviewing and Selection:

-Ensure a standardised and effective interview process is implemented across all areas of the business.

-Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.

-Conduct interviews where required and guide best practice selection decisions.

-Document accurate, clear, and objective interview notes, outcomes and recommendations in the ATS.

-Partner with HR to ensure a smooth transition from offer through onboarding

Proven experience as a recruitment manager, or similar role, in a high-volume internal recruitment function.

-Proven experience managing, coaching and motivating a team to high performance.

-Experience administrating an Applicant Tracking System (we currently use PageUp),

-Knowledgeable about recruitment best practices.

-A confident communicator, able to influence at all levels.

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

-High IT literacy, particularly across the core Microsoft suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint Word).

-Comfortable and confident handling confidential data.

Salary: From £35,000 DOE

Location: Hybrid - 2 days in our Bristol Head Office, 3 days working from home

Direct Reports: 4 Recruitment Co-ordinators
