Who we're looking for: We're looking for an energetic, community-minded operator or team with strong hospitality experience, great people skills and the commercial confidence to build local loyalty, create a lively pub atmosphere and grow an already established business.

The Raven is a well-established, community-focused pub in Ipswich, occupying a prominent position on a busy retail park. Known for its welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere, it attracts local residents, families and passing trade throughout the week. With weekly sales of around £8,500-£10,000 and a balanced food and drink offer, this is a great opportunity to build on strong foundations and take the pub to its next level.

The business: The pub benefits from its own car park and beer garden, plus the advantage of a ready-to-go Marston's company menu. Built for a community pub, using extensive guest insight, smart pricing expertise and the experience of a food team who know what it takes to run successful pubs, it takes much of the complexity and risk out of creating a profitable food offer. We do the hard work behind the scenes, leaving you to focus on your guests, your team and turning great food into great sales.
