- coordinate SEND boards and committees, ensuring accurate, high-quality papers are prepared and circulated on time
- organise meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and maintain clear records of decisions and actions
- support SEND projects, inspections and monitoring visits by coordinating activity, maintaining project documentation and flagging emerging issues
- produce, format and quality-assure governance reports, presentations and other key documents
- coordinate partnership communications and help support keeping Suffolk Local Offer information accurate and up to date., Step 3 - Upload a supporting statement answering the following questions below (no more than 400 words per question). You should use the . Describe a time when you managed multiple competing priorities and deadlines. How did you organise your workload, ensure key tasks were completed on time, and maintain accuracy?
- Give an example of when you coordinated a meeting, board, committee or project group. What was your role in preparing papers, recording actions and ensuring effective follow-up?
- This role works closely with colleagues across education, health, social care and partner organisations. Please provide an example of when you worked collaboratively with multiple teams or organisations to achieve a shared objective. What was your contribution and what was the outcome?

Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise competing workloads, manage diaries and meet deadlines. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience of preparing professional documents, reports, presentations and correspondence.
- Accurate minute-taking, record-keeping and administrative skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Confident use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Ability to work independently, use initiative, solve problems and remain calm and resilient when priorities change.
- Experience of building effective relationships and working collaboratively with colleagues, senior leaders and external partner organisations.
