Full Job Description

  • Develop and execute short/medium/long-term operational plans to optimize staffing costs.
  • Supporting with warehouse staffing/capacity metrics forecasting using statistical modeling to drive collaborative decision-making.
  • Responsible for warehouse processing capacity planning data to identify trends and improvement opportunities; focus on understanding data deviations, their root causes, and driving forward-looking opportunities
  • Analyze capacity planning data to identify trends and improvement opportunities and be able to present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with global teams across Europe.
  • Support Production planning and cost optimization initiatives.

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Engineering, Operations Research, Mathematics or other business/analytical disciplines, or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
  • Experience demonstrating strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data, Experience with SQL and Excel
  • Experience working in a fast paced, quickly changing or international environment
  • Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines
  • Experience in capacity planning, operations planning, business analysis or equivalent
  • Experience with operations/supply chain
  • Ability to closely work with operation, finance and planning leaders to manage lead-time, capacity, and optimize the impact of labor on supply position throughout the entire supply chain
