We are working with a leading organisation in the broadcast and live events industry to recruit a Production Coordinator on a fixed-term maternity cover contract until September 2026. The role is based in Berkshire and offers hybrid working of 2/3 days a week onsite and the rest from home. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established production team delivering high-profile outside broadcast events across sport and entertainment., As Production Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of live productions. You will be responsible for coordinating freelancers, managing travel and accommodation, and supporting the wider team with essential logistics and administrative tasks.,

  • Booking freelancers and coordinating crew requirements
  • Raising purchase orders and supporting supplier processes
  • Arranging travel and accommodation
  • Liaising with internal teams and external freelancers
  • Supporting planning and scheduling for live broadcast events

    Proven experience in a similar role within broadcast, OB, or live events
  • Able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
