We're building the frameworks, tooling, and culture that embed responsible data practices into every product decision across the company.You'll operate at the intersection of product strategy, regulatory complexity, and engineering at scale. You'll own ambiguous, high-impact problem spaces - driving clarity where there is none, influencing cross-functional partners across the organisation, and setting the standard for how Meta meets its obligations with increasing efficiency and craft. This is a role for someone who thrives on navigating complexity, brings strong product judgment to novel regulatory landscapes, and can
translate external requirements into scalable product solutions., 1. Define and drive the risk strategy and roadmap for a complex, high-impact product area, aligning solutions across multiple teams and accounting for long-term organizational implications
2. Proactively identify the most important problems in your product area and exercise independent judgment to prioritize and pursue the highest-leverage opportunities
3. Partner with engineering, design, data science, and research to develop product vision, set goals, and deliver against milestones while resolving blockers and improving team effectiveness
4. Create shared strategies across adjacent product teams to resolve dependencies and unlock compounding impact across the organization
5. Synthesize user research, quantitative analysis, and market signals to inform product decisions and influence direction across the broader product organization
6. Hold teams and leaders accountable to aligned priorities, taking action when focus drifts from the most impactful work
7. Communicate product strategy and progress with clarity to diverse audiences including leadership, cross-functional partners, and external stakeholders
8. Identify and implement risk mitigation strategies for ambiguous or rapidly evolving business and product challenges
9. Coach other product managers and cross-functional team members on prioritization, efficiency, and simplifying ways of working
10. Leverage AI tools and workflows to accelerate product discovery, analysis, prototyping, and decision-making, and share learnings to scale adoption across the team

11. 8+ years of relevant industry experience with at least 3 years in Product Management
12. Bachelor's degree (or relevant degree equivalent): STEM subject ideal but not essential (Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences)
13. Experience leading cross-functional product teams through the full product lifecycle, from strategy and vision through execution and launch
14. Experience driving product strategy and roadmap development for large-scale or complex product areas with significant organizational dependencies
15. Experience using quantitative data and user research to make product decisions and influence stakeholders across functions and leadership levels
16. Experience contributing to organizational goals and aligning diverse teams around shared priorities in ambiguous or rapidly changing environments

17. Experience in Risk, Trust, Compliance, or similar fields
18. Experience working across multiple product areas or platforms simultaneously, with a track record of creating cross-team alignment and shared strategy
19. Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
20. Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
21. Experience mentoring other product managers and contributing to the growth and effectiveness of a product organization
22. Experience managing products at consumer scale, with demonstrated impact on key business or user metrics
23. Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
