Full Job Description
We are hiring a Procurement PO Analyst to join Burberry on a 12-month fixed-term contract, working 18 hours per week, with flexibility to spread hours across three or five days. Sitting within the PO Administration team, this role plays an important part in ensuring purchase orders are managed accurately, compliantly and efficiently across the business. Through close collaboration with Finance, internal teams and suppliers, you will help maintain strong procurement foundations that support Burberry's creativity, craft and commercial performance.,
- Support the end-to-end purchase order lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance with procurement policy.
- Manage purchase order amendments, closures and change controls, maintaining high standards of data quality.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex PO, goods receipt or invoice-matching queries, working through to resolution.
- Partner with Finance and Accounts Payable to resolve invoice discrepancies and minimise payment delays.
- Support administration of the corporate card programme, including compliant usage, reconciliations and user guidance.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and supporting enhancements across P2P systems and ways of working.
Experience working within procurement, purchasing or purchase-to-pay operations, with a sound understanding of the PO lifecycle. - Comfortable working with ERP systems such as SAP and confident using Microsoft Office tools.
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage priorities effectively within agreed timeframes.
- A clear and thoughtful communicator who builds positive relationships across teams and stakeholders.
- Proactive in identifying issues and contributing practical, well-considered solutions.
- Customer-focused, collaborative and motivated by delivering high-quality outcomes in a flexible working environment.
