Full Job Description
We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead discovery, define product vision and shape the AI analytics product for our evolving ecosystem.This role sits at the intersection of clinical workflows, digital platforms, and emerging AI enabled capabilities, with a strong emphasis on exploration, learning, and roadmap definition. You will be accountable for defining the product vision and roadmap for applying the Touch Surgery ecosystem for AI and analytics, postoperative insights. This role plays a critical part in shifting product and technology decisions left, ensuring early alignment between clinical needs, platform capabilities, regulatory considerations, and business strategy. You will work closely with engineering, systems, clinical, regulatory, and business stakeholders to translate procedural reality into clear product strategy and execution priorities. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Own and manage the product. Roadmap and prioritise initiatives ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Lead Agile ceremonies, prioritize features, and guide cross-functional teams through all phases of product development.
- Gather, analyse, and prioritise user feedback, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver high-quality, compliant software and embedded solutions for healthcare environments.
- Guide user research and usability testing, ensuring products meet clinician needs and regulatory standards.
- Partner with global teams and travel as needed to engage with stakeholders and customers across the US and Europe.
5+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership in healthcare, medical devices, or regulated digital products. - Demonstrated experience leading discovery driven product initiatives from ambiguity to clarity.
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows, particularly in interventional or procedural environments.
- Experience working with software platforms that include video, data, AI/ML, or connected devices.
- Working knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 13485, ISO 62304, SaMD).
- Proven Agile product leadership experience (formal certification preferred).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, life sciences, or related field.
- Willingness to work onsite in London as required. Experience shaping products that leverage AI, computer vision, or advanced analytics, familiarity with EHRs, clinical data systems, and hospital IT environments, advanced degree (MSc, MBA) and experience working across both software and embedded device ecosystems are nice to haves.
