- Collaborate cross-functionally with multidisciplinary teams-including structural, acoustic, and stealth specialists-to ensure design solutions meet stringent stealth, structural integrity, and safety requirements. Prepare comprehensive technical reports, visualizations, and presentations of analysis findings, communicating complex results effectively to design teams, stakeholders, and decision-makers. Support model validation efforts, correlating FEA results with physical testing data, and refine simulation techniques to improve accuracy and reliability. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in analytical methods, tools, and processes, fostering innovation within the team. Qualifications & Skills: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related STEM discipline. Proven experience with FEA software such as ANSYS, Abaqus, COMSOL, or equivalent, with a track record of delivering high-fidelity simulations.
- Deep understanding of structural mechanics principles, dynamic analysis, thermal effects, and coupled multi-physics analyses. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex simulation data and translate findings into practical design insights. Excellent communication skills for preparing technical documentation and delivering presentations to technical and non-technical audiences. Meticulous attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment. Why this role?
