About the Role: Assystem Energy & Infrastructure Ltd is growing, and we're seeking a dynamic Principal Electrical, Control & Instrumentation (EC&I) Engineer to lead our most exciting projects across Nuclear, Defence, New Build, and Infrastructure. You'll provide top-notch technical leadership, working with high-profile clients like Sellafield, Rolls-Royce, EDF, BAE, F4E, and Hinkley Point.

What You'll Do:

️ Lead & Deliver: Guide EC&I engineering teams in delivering innovative solutions for complex projects.
Plan & Prioritize: Shape project plans, prioritizing Health & Safety and Environmental standards.
Design Reviews: Act as Lead Engineer, overseeing design reviews, technical discussions, and formal evaluations.
Support & Collaborate: Provide expert advice, supporting both staff and clients through technical challenges.
Mentor & Motivate: Mentor team members, set objectives, and foster a collaborative work environment.
Optimize: Ensure projects stay on budget and aligned with schedules, working closely with Project Managers.
Client Liaison: Serve as the primary technical contact, coordinating with clients throughout each project.
