Dealing with any problems arising from faulty equipment, especially photocopiers, including arranging repairs with relevant engineers Ensure paper for photocopiers are replenished on a regular basis Replacing photocopier toners as and when required Invoicing, stationery recharges, raising purchase orders, checking stock levels. Cover the facilities person in their absence. Liaising with suppliers To order printing requirements (e.g. business cards, headed paper etc) for both London & regional offices. Other To replenish coffee machines as and when required. Knowledge and Experience, Three GCSEs at grades A
- - E, including Maths and English or
