Summary

  • Supports the delivery of member-informed influencing activity, responding quickly to emerging issues.
  • Observes, analyses and describes policy developments and their implications for members and the NHS.
  • Works collaboratively with colleagues in other directorates, and reflects wider NHS Alliance policy positions in content and activity.
  • Drafts policy content, such as reports, notes and briefings, and presents work in internal meetings.
  • Supports delivery and scoping of funded projects, working with commercial team when needed. Provides administrative support when required.
  • Helps stakeholder and member engagement by preparing briefings, taking notes and sharing intelligence internally.
  • Develops relationships with members, and is comfortable working with senior NHS leaders.
