Full Job Description

Level - 2 Department- Investor Relations Location - London Contract - 12 Month FTC We are currently seeking a Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer, and Interim Chief Risk Officer. In addition to , you will also take on the role of Investor Relations Coordinator, supporting in the the delivery of the function's objectives and strategic goals. Key responsibilities included: PA Tasks Regularly monitoring and management the inbox, prioritising and organising emails, occasionally responding on behalf of the manager. Comprehensive diary management, ensuring relevant meeting papers are attached to calendar invites. Booking necessary facilities and organising team events when required. Coordinate and manage travel arrangements, ensuring cost-effective rates and flexible cancellation policies. Make necessary adjustments and provide detailed itineraries for complex trips. Review and facilitate the signing of documents, ensuring all necessary information is provided. Log gift items and hospitality invitations in the Star Compliance system. Ensure completion of mandatory learning for all team members and the manager. Organise and submit the manager's expenses, prompting approval when necessary. Coordinate IT support and manage the manager's weekly video communications to the finance department, arranging substitutes as needed. Prepare agendas for the manager's monthly Finance Leadership Team (FLT) meetings. Assist in completing Fit and Proper (F&P) assessments for direct reports and the manager. Investor Relations (IR) Tasks Monitor and respond to emails in the IR inbox. Organise sales desk meetings, investor conferences, and roadshows. Maintain the Investor Relations pages on the company website. Assist in preparing IR slides for the monthly Management Information (MI) pack. Take notes during investor meetings and organise results presentations twice a year. Additional Responsibilities Onboard new suppliers, manage tender processes.   • Previous PA experience in a busy and demanding environment
  • Diary and travel management expertise
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Adaptability, proactive problem-solving, and ability to manage deadlines under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to methodically work through requirements
  • Ability to use initiative and work independently
  • Respect for confidentiality, work with discretion and privacy when dealing with sensitive data
