People Wellbeing Advisor

This is an exciting newly created role within the People Team, offering a unique opportunity to shape and drive Hartpury's employee wellbeing agenda You will:

• Lead the development and implementation of employee wellbeing initiatives aligned to organisational priorities
• Use workforce data and employee feedback to identify trends, evaluate outcomes and inform future wellbeing activity
• Design and coordinate an annual wellbeing programme covering a range of physical, mental, financial and social wellbeing topics
• Deliver wellbeing campaigns, events, workshops and awareness activities throughout the year
• Provide professional wellbeing advice and guidance to managers and employees
• Work closely with People Team colleagues, Occupational Health providers, senior leaders and external partners to deliver wellbeing objectives
• Contribute to the development of policies, frameworks and resources that support employee wellbeing
• Promote preventative approaches to health and wellbeing and encourage early intervention where appropriate
• Produce engaging communications that raise awareness of available wellbeing resources and initiatives
• Keep up to date with emerging trends, legislation and best practice within employee wellbeing
  
  Experience of developing, implementing and evaluating wellbeing initiatives or programmes
• Experience of delivering workshops, training sessions, campaigns or awareness events
• The ability to analyse data, identify themes and make evidence based recommendations
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders
• Effective organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of employee wellbeing, workplace health and relevant employment related legislation
• A proactive and solutions focused approach to improving the employee experience
• The ability to build productive working relationships across different departments
