• Operational responsibility for teams in the East of the County, care planning for children in our care and care experienced and providing statutory services.
• Working closing with partners to improve access to services for children and young people.
• Having a clear and unwavering focus on the quality of social work practice and achieving the best outcomes for vulnerable children.
• Utilise quality assurance activity to understand service strengths and areas for development.
• Promote a learning environment and positive culture for our workforce., We offer ongoing support, training and guidance to help you be the best you can be. You will be required to be:
• Social Work Qualified
• Registered with Social Work England
• Possess evidence of continuing professional development in a specialist field.
• Knowledge and experience of working with children and young people who have experienced living in care
