Full Job Description

Our client is a successful and growing organisation based in Twickenham, looking for an organised and proactive Office Administrator to join their friendly team., As Office Administrator, you will provide essential support across the day-to-day running of the office, helping ensure that administrative processes are efficient, accurate and well organised. You will work closely with colleagues across the business, managing a range of administrative tasks while providing excellent support to internal teams and clients.,

  • Provide general administrative support to the wider team.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails and correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases and filing systems.
  • Prepare documents, reports and internal communications.
  • Support diary management, meetings and office coordination.
  • Process invoices, expenses and purchase orders where required.
  • Assist with customer and supplier enquiries.
  • Coordinate office supplies and ensure the workplace runs efficiently.
  • Support onboarding activities and general HR administration.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and operational tasks as required.

  • You will ideally have:
  • Previous experience in an administrative, office support or coordination role.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • A confident and professional telephone manner.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office packages.
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines.
  • A positive, proactive approach and willingness to support the wider team.

    Salary of £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience.
  • Full-time permanent position.
