Full Job Description

Salary: £30,000 per annum Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative support within a busy office environment
Communicate with customers and suppliers via phone and email
Process customer invoicing for UK and export orders
Manage credit control activities, including customer statements and payment follow-ups
Maintain accurate financial records, including cash books and ERP updates
Assist with month-end reporting and inventory reconciliation
Process supplier invoices and prepare payments
Support VAT reporting and general financial administration
Prepare reports, documents, and presentations for the Sales Team
Maintain internal systems including SharePoint and databases

Provide general office support and cover for team members when required Requirements Previous experience in a sales or office administration environment
Experience with credit control processes
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience using ERP systems (e.g. Chempax)
Familiarity with financial reporting processes
