and development opportunities, allowing you to reach your full potentialStream - Employee financial wellbeing support: early access to your earned pay, savings, budgeting, financial coaching & rewardWhat you'll be doing:Lead and coordinate all aspects of the Mechanical Treatment and Material Recovery Facility, both operations and maintenance, while overseeing the wider MT/MRF team to keep the plant running to maintain plant availability and production targetsEnsure all output specifications are met in line with customer and regulatory requirements and manage operations against Veolia Minimum Requirements and site Environmental PermitCoordinate the operations and maintenance functions to deliver on financial and technical performance targets, including preparing an annual budget that works within an approved revenue, cost and profitEnsure robust plans are in place to manage plant breakdowns and planned maintenance requirements, minimise plant downtime and report on plant performance

including budgets, CAPEX, plant availability and project progressLead and contribute to improvement projects on site, deliver plant efficiencies and cost-saving solutions, and identify opportunities for innovation and process improvementRecord and process accidents, incidents, significant close calls and audit/inspection non-conformities, and maintain and review technical, operational and financial KPIsWhat we're looking for:Leadership and Management work experience with familiarity with Health and safety and Environmental legislation and requirementsPrevious experience leading a large manufacturing / recycling facilityExperience of Health, Safety and Environmental compliance requirements and Waste Management experienceTechnical proficiency relating to machinery and process equipment with strong business acumen and financial management skillsEffective communication and relationship management skills with ability to lead by example and demonstrate performance management and talent
