Mobile Cleaning Supervisor

We're looking for a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to join Sodexo and support our cleaning teams across multiple sites in the region. You'llplay an important role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety andservice, while supporting colleagues, organising cover and helping ensure eachsite runs smoothly. You'll also provide training, monitor standards and step into cover annual leave when needed. • Visit and support sites across the region, providing cover for annual leave and ensuring services run smoothly.
• Organise staff rotas and cover, deliver inductions and training, and keep training records up to date.
• Check stock, PPE, site standards and paperwork, support audits, and report any issues or concerns.
• Provide excellent customer service, support frontline teams and deputise for the line manager when required.
• Follow all Sodexo health, safety and company procedures, including wearing PPE and completing daily vehicle checks., JoinSodexo as a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor and support our cleaning teams acrossmultiple sites, helping maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety andservice while making a positive difference every day!
  
  Previous experience in a cleaning or supervisory role within the service industry.
• Good understanding of health and safety requirements, including COSHH regulations.
• Full manual driving licence, held for at least two years, with no more than three penalty points.
• Flexible approach to working hours, including early mornings and evenings as required.
