Mixer Operative

Technik Ground solutions are looking for Mixer Operatives to expand their current permeant work force. In particular, we currently require operatives with experience in working in front of rotary mini piling / bottom driven rigs, are able to operate a 4/10 Grout mixing unit and similar concrete/grout plant.

A brief overview of our services and techniques includes minipiling, piled foundations, specialist piling, ground engineering, retaining and contiguous walls in addition to hollow bar micropiling, hollow bar minipiling, self-drilled minipiling and Micropiling.
Works location - Site based UK Nationwide.
Duties
· Operate and maintain the mixing plant on site.
· Conduct piling operative duties with driller.
· Be part of a motivated piling team.
· Be committed to ensuring a safe working environment for all.
· Have a good communication skills.
· Have good time keeping.
· Be open to undertake multiple activities when onsite to ensure the progression of the works.
· Be flexible to work outside normal working hours as site dictates.
· Conduct yourself on site in line with the company health and safety policy.

· Eligible to work and live in the UK.
· Flexibility to travel in the UK.
· A full UK driving licence.
· Construction Skills Certificate Scheme (CSCS) card
· Relevant CPCS cards where applicable.
Desirable
· Welding experience in bottom driven piling.
· Able to strip and repair mixing unit or assist site fitter.
· Concrete pump operator
· SFA experience.

Working hours
· Monday - Friday 50hrs per week.
Note: When not on site you will be based at our Runcorn yard.
