Hours: 34 hours per week, 52 weeks


Salary: £27,994 - £29,856 per annum pro rata


Overview


We are looking for a skilled professional with recent experience of working in youth mental health, ideally in an education setting or experience of teaching young people under the age of 25.


Key Responsibilities



  • Work with a wide variety of professionals both internal and external to the College to support students.

  • Attend multi-agency planning meetings with agencies such as NSFT to devise and implement collaborative action plans to support learners to access their education.

  • Be an excellent communicator with experience of EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plan), liaising with the team, supporting colleagues and taking a leading role in working with partners on a multi-agency basis.

  • Demonstrate excellent organisational skills with high levels of coordination, attention to detail and record keeping. Some evening work is required.
