Full Job Description

Abbey Grange Medical Practice is looking for a part time receptionist to join our friendly experienced team on a fixed term 12 month contract with a view to the position continuing after the fixed term period. The successful applicant will be working 24 hours per week over 4 days., Primary frontline contact for patients, managing patient access, communications, and administrative workflows within the practice including:

  • Greeting and Check-in
  • Telephone Management
  • Care Navigation
  • Prescription Processing
  • Data Entry & Records
  • Correspondence & Post
  • New Patient Registrations


  • We are a 4 partner GP Practice with 2 surgery sites in Leeds 16 & Leeds 5. We provide primary care services to a population of approximately 8,000 patients. Our aim is to provide high quality medical care which is accessible to all our patients.
