Materials Coordinator - Parts

PurposeThe Materials Coordinator is responsible for sourcing, ordering, expediting and managing the delivery of parts for lifts and escalators required to support both in-service and out-of-service equipment.Working closely with Service Engineers, Service Management and other key stakeholders and suppliers, this role provides a critical function across the GB & Ireland Service operation.The role is essential in ensuring parts are available when required, enabling engineers to complete repairs and maintenance visits efficiently and effectively.Key responsibilitiesThe Materials Coordinator is responsible for:Sourcing and ordering parts for service requirements.Managing urgent requests for equipment that is out of service.Liaising with suppliers to obtain best lead times.Ensuring the most cost-effective sourcing solutions are utilised.Supporting engineers in the field to minimise delays.Contributing to equipment uptime and service delivery performance.Act as first point of contact for
