Full Job Description

Accurate and timely production of monthly management accounts
Compliance with statutory requirements, adhering to deadlines as appropriate
Managing and training the wider business through strong business partnering
Monitoring financial performance against agreed budgets and forecasts
Regularly informing the Head of Finance of business-critical issues and opportunities; proposing solutions to problems

Qualified or part qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
3+ years' experience in a similar role (preferably wholesale/retail)
Strong IT literacy - Advanced Excel, accounting software
Motivated individual with good attention to detail
Excellent written and communication skills
Challenging and 'can-do' attitude
Ability to perform under pressure
Self-disciplined and proactive team player
