Deliver engaging, high-quality teaching across engineering programmes
Support, guide, and supervise learners within workshop environments
Contribute to curriculum development and maintain excellence in delivery
Ensure safe working practices within workshop and teaching spaces

To maintain high-quality delivery and meet curriculum requirements, it is essential that you bring a strong combination of practical and technical expertise, including:
Proven experience in turning and milling (machining)
Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles
Knowledge of CAD/CNC systems and applications
Experience in workshop-based teaching and supervision
Ability to deliver hands-on, practical learning effectively
A passionate and motivated individual with a commitment to education
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Industry experience within engineering or manufacturing
A focus on supporting learners of all abilities to achieve their potential
