Lecturer in Access to Land Based Studies

We are looking for a committed course leader to join our Access to Higher Education team. Access to HE Land-Based Studies Level 3 Diploma (validated by CAVA) provides adult learners with the key knowledge and skills needed to progress onto higher education study in Animal Science, Zoology, and Wildlife & Conservation at level 4. This course is a well-established course delivered at Easton.,

• Provide course leadership, by overseeing the day to day running of the course
• Deliver established core and subject based teaching units on the Access to HE Land-Based Studies
• Update units where necessary.
• Work collaboratively with the Personal Development Coach and wider support teams to ensure that adult learners are well supported and prepared for their next steps or higher education study
  
  A recognised teaching qualification
• Experience of teaching adult learners
• Industry experience in land-based or related field
• Curriculum and unit development experience
• Knowledge of CAVA qualification would be desirable but not essential
