£25,255 - £27,373 per annum pro rata (£11,139 - £12,074 per annum actual)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our team at City College Norwich (Ipswich Road) as a Learning Supervisor.

The successful candidate will provide high-quality learning support to students across a range of study programmes, including Hospitality and Tourism. This will involve supporting students both in group settings—such as supervising learning workshops—and on an individual basis to enhance their academic progress and engagement.

We are seeking a motivated and aspirational individual who can confidently deliver a variety of personal development topics, helping students to build essential study skills, confidence, and independence. You will also be responsible for managing a caseload of students, setting clear targets, and monitoring progress to improve learning outcomes and overall performance.

The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive, and committed to supporting students to achieve their full potential in a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

All new appointed employees are required to complete an enhanced DBS Check and register with the DBS Update Service.
