Kitchen Designer

We are opening an exciting new concept showroom in Bridlington, combining the very best of our retail and trade offering in one unique environment. This new concept will allow us to support both retail customers and our Trade partners with market leading kitchen and bedroom designs, industry leading service, and world-class delivery.,

• Inspire customers with creative kitchen and bedroom designs that convert into sales, promoting additional products and services including finance and installation
• Manage the full customer journey from initial enquiry through design, order, and installation, delivering a world-class experience throughout
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date order bank, keeping in regular contact with customers to drive conversion and satisfaction
• Recruit, develop and manage a portfolio of Trade Customers, building strong long-term relationships and driving repeat business
• Conduct home surveys, taking accurate measurements and reference photos, and clearly explaining the process to customer Proactively generate and follow up leads in your local area, effectively managing your diary to maximise design time and commercial opportunity
In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document., Applicants for this role who are offered employment will be subject to a basic criminal record check from the Disclosure & Barring Service before the appointment is confirmed.
