Full Job Description

We're looking for enthusiastic and driven IPS Administrators to join our team - subject to the successful award of new contracts in West Yorkshire covering Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield & Kirklees., As an IPS Administrator, we need you to work in the administrative team working alongside our operational teams to support the delivery of our IPS Service in West Yorkshire. To stand-out you need to champion and embrace change, balance the empathy of a charitable heart with a commercial edge, and be willing to learn and collaborate with others. Your eye for detail and rigorous approach to quality will be crucial in ensuring that we offer the very best support to its participants and that we successfully implement each element of the Individual Placement and Support (IPS). The aim of the service overall is to contribute to the Shaw Trust vision of a society in which everyone has the opportunity for employment, inclusion, and independence.

You will be the main point of contact for Participant enquiries, receive and process all referrals to the contract and collect, collate, and disseminate management information for use in the delivery of the Contract.

You will be an integral part of the operations team and provide support to them on days, events and attend regular team meetings.

We welcome applicants from local residents in the areas of delivery.

Areas of Delivery

This is a home based role. There will be some requirement to travel to team meetings regularly.

Recruitment Timeline

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an Assessment Centre on:

14th or 15th October - Leeds

20th or 21st October - Huddersfield

Should we be successful in winning this contract, IPS Administrators will start induction on Monday 30th November 2026.

What You'll Do

+ Manage referrals, participant enquiries and administrative processes to support effective service delivery.
+ Produce and analyse management information, performance data and reports to support contract compliance and continuous improvement.
+ Coordinate meetings, stakeholder events and communications, ensuring information is shared accurately and efficiently.
+ Monitor data quality, conduct audits and support quality assurance activities, including IPS Fidelity and compliance processes.
+ Train and support colleagues in the effective use of CRM and management information systems to maximise performance and outcomes.

+ Experience in an administrative, customer service or business support role.
+ Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and competing demands.
+ Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications and experience using CRM, database or management information systems.
+ Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records, data and documentation.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships and provide excellent customer service.
