Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by DePuy Synthes at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes., DePuy Synthes is recruiting for an International Sports Marketing Manager in Leeds UK, Zug Switzerland, or Singapore The International Sports Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the marketing strategy for the Sports portfolio across the International regions and growing our market presence. Reporting directly to the VP International Marketing, this position is critical for implementing marketing initiatives that accelerate brand visibility and market penetration. The role will collaborate with cross-functional teams and collaborators to develop and implement effective marketing plans, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. The successful candidate will be strategic and strong partner for their peers, dedicated to strengthening customer relationships and optimizing market impact. The successful candidate will be an intrinsically motivated with analytical problem-solving abilities to craft tactical strategy and solutions. As a strong leader, this candidate will need to work collaboratively cross-functionally to establish alignment and vision amongst various teams across a matrixed organization.,
- Strategic Development : Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for theSports Medportfolio, aligning with overall Global andregionalcampaigns and initiatives.
- Campaign Activation & Management : Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuringtimelydelivery and success, using digital marketing and comprehensive integrated MARCOM plans to drive demand generation.
- Launch Excellence : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches by using innovative and impactful marketing and sales strategies.
- Performance Analysis :Monitorand analyse key performance metrics to assess marketing effectiveness and revenue generationrelativeto business expectations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Liaise with sales, supply chain, finance, and medical affairs to ensure cohesive execution of marketing initiatives and alignment with regionalobjectives.
- Customer Engagement : Foster strong relationships with healthcare professionals, KOLs, and key customers to gather insights that drive product positioning and marketing strategies.
- Training & Support : become a product champion, supporting Commercial & Professional Education activities, elevate knowledge and competencies aroundthe Primary Knee Portfoliowithin the commercial organisation and awareness and capabilities across our surgeon community.
Educational Background :Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field isrequired. - Relevant Experience : A minimum of5years ofMarketing Experiencewithin theOrthopaedic sector.
- Proven Success :Demonstratedexperience in developing and implementing successful marketing plans and campaigns, particularly in the context of product launches.
- Analytical Skills : Strong ability for analysing data and metrics to assess performance and drive initiatives, withproficiencyin tools such as Excel and CRM systems., Strategic Vision : Ability to think critically and develop long-term strategies to position unharmed compartments in a competitive landscape.
- Communication Excellence : Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively conveying messages to diverse audiences and building relationships.
- Interpersonal Skills : Exceptional ability to collaborate and build rapport with cross-functional teams and external customers.
- Adaptability : A proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving, witha track recordof adapting strategies in a dynamic environment.
- Presentation Skills : Capable of creating and delivering impactful presentations to executive leadership, customers, and field teams.
- Work environment: ability to work with cadavers and within an operating room setting isrequired.
- Surgeon Engagement: experience leading surgeon teams and meetings and proven ability to define customer needs isrequired. P REFERRED
