logistics, and follow up on learner completion Coordination of any necessary training materials, AV needs, and catering requests Communicate with vendors and external parties on logistics and coordination on L&D opportunities Collaborate with leadership to create learning paths for different roles and levels within IA Evaluate current learning programs for continuous improvement Facilitate training programs in person and virtually Assist in developing ongoing learning curriculum, including technical skills, methodology, professional skills, and leadership and management skills Identify new tools and techniques in the learning and development space (podcasts, virtual polling, interactive videos, etc.) Stay informed of learning and development best practices, industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovation Design and delivery initiatives focused on Learning and Development within IA, enhancing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness Preferred Qualifications, Bachelor's degree
