Full Job Description

At this role level, you will:

  • Work with a ticketing system to action service requests, incidents, and changes to the infrastructure platforms.
  • Adhere to best practices for infrastructure technologies.
  • Work within a service management tool working through ticket workloads to SLA (Service Level Agreement) priority
