Full Job Description
- Collect and manage impact and performance data across the team, making sure information is complete, accurate and consistent helping colleagues use data and evidence more effectively.
- Produce regular dashboards and reports for internal and external audiences, with clear commentary to support decisions.
- Work with colleagues to resolve data queries, improve reporting processes and support high-quality reporting.
- Use systems and financial information to support reporting, reconciliations and a clear audit trail.
- Support wider IA projects with research, analysis and reporting, including helping to showcase the team's impact and influence.
- As this is a new role, further opportunities to shape and develop it are likely to emerge over time. Who we are looking for This role could be a good fit if you have experience in data, impact or evaluation, or if you can bring relevant transferable skills and are keen to make a difference. Ideally you will have:
- Experience of data analysis, reporting, impact measurement and/or evaluation in a charity, social impact, grantmaking, consulting, public sector or similarly mission-led environment.
- Experience of producing regular dashboards, management information or performance reports for internal and/or external audiences.
- Experience of checking data quality, resolving data queries and maintaining accurate records or audit trails.
- Broad understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations and the relationship between operational data and finance reporting.
- Experience of supporting multiple stakeholders and co-ordinating inputs across teams to meet reporting deadlines.
