As a Site HR Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping the colleague experience and driving our people agenda on site. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being close to operations. What you'll be doing

• Leading the delivery of the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through to exit
• Building strong relationships with trade unions and site stakeholders to support business goals
• Coaching and supporting managers on people matters, policies and best practice
• Driving engagement, wellbeing and inclusion initiatives across the site
• Using HR data and insights to influence decision making and improve performance
• Supporting workforce planning, talent development and succession activity
• Working closely with recruitment and HR teams to deliver an excellent candidate and onboarding experience
  
  Experience across core HR generalist activities with a solid understanding of HR policies and legislation
• Confidence delivering training and coaching stakeholders at all levels
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and use data effectively
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A collaborative approach with empathy and emotional intelligence
• Knowledge of GDPR and handling sensitive employee data
• Experience of a manufacturing environment would be beneficial
