Starting salary: Circa £27,700 pa

We are seeking a motivated, proactive and positive individual to join our dedicated HR team at Truro School.

At Truro School, our staff team are at the heart of the community we serve. This is a key role within the HR team, ensuring we attract, retain, and support talented individuals who contribute to the success of both Truro School and Truro School Enterprises.

As the Recruitment Advisor, you will take the lead on all recruitment activity within our small, collaborative HR team, reporting to the Director of HR. You will act as the first point of contact for both candidates and hiring managers providing expert guidance on recruitment strategy and processes.

You will support recruitment across both our Prep and Senior Schools, covering teaching and OPS (Operational, Professional and Support) staff. This role is key in ensuring that our recruitment, selection and onboarding processes are professional, compliant and welcoming.

You will also help promote Truro School as an employer of choice, ensuring a positive experience for all candidates and stakeholders.
