Full Job Description

The Hospitality Tutor will plan for, teach and support unemployed learners to complete a Level 1 qualification in the Hospitality Industry with embedded employability. The postholder will play a vital role in teaching, assessing and evaluating the knowledge, skills and behaviours of learners seeking employment within the hospitality sector whilst supporting them to progress into work.

To deliver high-quality, remote and classroom-based hospitality training as part of a Skills programme, supporting learners to gain the skills, knowledge, and confidence required to enter employment in hospitality roles.

The role focuses on engaging individuals facing barriers to work, enabling progression into hospitality employment, apprenticeships, or further training.

The successful candidate must have experience of working and delivering training within a hospitality environment. This is a peripatetic role requiring a blend of remote and in-person delivery across London.
