£28,598 - £33,699 per annum (Pay award pending)


Fixed Term until 31st March 2029

The Housing Needs service is recruiting to the post of Homelessness Officer to deliver the local authority's statutory homeless duty. The post will ensure that legislation is followed when delivering the homeless statutory duty and support customers to prevent homelessness.


You will have experience in supporting vulnerable people and homeless legislation within the Homelessness reduction Act.


You will also be highly organised and motivated with a creative approach to service delivery.


The successful applicant will be required to undertake an Enhanced DBS check.
